Archives

The archives contain some old versions of my systems and some games that, for whatever reason, were never fully developed. Some of these ideas may be revisited in the future. Others are here only for historical purposes.

Hursagmu v0.1

This was my first attempt at a fantasy role-playing game. It's flaws are obvious in hindsight, but it was fun for a while.

Hursagmu v0.5

This iteration of my quest for the perfect swords-and-sorcery game was called Bookworms and Bastards until I stole the name for another game.

Brutal Magic

A simple game of warring magic-users.

Abstract Skirmish System

My half-assed attempt to create a tactical card game. I may revisit the idea someday.

Simple Abstract Wargame

This is just what it sounds like.

Super Arena

Version 2 of my corewar-like superhero fighting game. It is retired.

Deep Space Combat

My attempt to make a playable space-combat game after enduring the horrors of Star Fleet Battles.

Champions!

My homemade character generator for the Hero System (or Champions, as it was called in 4E). It only does characteristics; no skills or powers. Not great, but it saved me a little time.
