Vile Weed

Vile Weed is a special salsa I made for my girlfriend. It's called "Vile Weed" because it contains copious amounts of cilantro, which tastes like laundry detergent to me. The things I do for love.

Ingredients:

• 6 roma tomatoes
• 4 tablespoons of chopped or minced garlic
• 2 limes
• 1 habanero pepper
• 1 large sweet yellow onion
• 1 tablespoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of sea salt
• half a bundle of cilantro

I'm not sure how much "half a bundle" of cilantro is, exactly; half of one of the bunches of the vile weed you buy at the supermarket. Any amount is too much in my opinion.

Directions:

Chop everything up, throw it all in a pot, boil it for a couple of minutes, then let it simmer for a while. I don't think I should have to tell you to remove the peels from the limes and such.

Use enough water, but not too much. Very scientific, I know. You want the end result to be think and soupy, not soup.

When it's simmered long enough - you make the call - toss it in the blender.
